Stay Curious Butterfly Specimen

A relic from a dearly departed vaudeville denizen, this Agraulis vanillae butterfly specimen was discovered in a box filled with coins and amulets of uncertain origin. Where and how was it originally acquired? My Ouija board isnt clear enough to share that info.

This specimen, like our other butterflies, is imperfect. These are offered not as museum-quality displays, but as mementos of life and death, freedom and confinement, the fragile and the unyielding, beauty and decay. Though their wings may be tattered, their delicate vibrance lives on.
